Count Teraq Stromboli
Teraq Stromboli is the Count of and Imperial representative on the planet Libert. He is above the inter-clan rivalry and bloodshed of the Libert people. Teraq was the oldest but arguably lest suitable of the Tromboli family to lead. He was a wastrel and playboy of dubious moral character that disappointed his father. He enrolled at the prestigious Omicron University but only studied Terran myths and literature to annoy his father. His younger brothers, Ganimakkur and Tamesha, joined the Imperial Diplomatic corps and the Navy prior to the Rebellion. Both died during the Civil War, leaving Teraq the only heir. Even then the old Count would have appointed another to succeed him had he not died so suddenly but he did not and Teraq became the newest Count.
As the Diaspora Sector has been fought over by numerous Imperial factions, Count Teraq has adopted a tactic of allegiance to all and any faction for as long as it is expedient. He was given an honorary Commodore rank which he swiftly converted in to a practical one, as that faction left. He has assigned himself to the 126th Fleet but that is no longer operational or declared for any faction. He follows the Hotel Sahara strategy, based on an ancient Terran 2D movie of a mythical establishment that switches sides between it conquers as each new one arrives. He is highly supportive and indispensable to all of the Imperial factions that enter the system, forming excellent personal relationships with their commanders. He is deeply fond of them till they very moment they leave the system when he resets his fealty.
