Brocéliande, the great forest world and home to the Shelobians, as they are called by outsiders. The Shelobians are a Quasi-arachnoid Non-Human Race similar to the Graytch of the Gushemege sector. They live in the great forests in extended clan groups and are generally unwelcoming to outsiders.
The Duchy of Far Fenwick offered protection and the partial interdiction of the planet to the locals. They reluctanlty accepted and there is a Scout facility (Brabazon) on an isolated island (Plank Isle) that acts a starport and customs facility for the small number of researchers and xenologists present.
