When a PC has been created and leaves his service, prior to starting the campaign, they acquire mustering out skills and benefits.

They also get to roll on the two tables below.
A roll is allowed for each term of service, up to three in this case.
There is an extra roll if a character has been promoted to E4/E5 and two extra rolls if rank E6/E7.
Field Scout characters get an extra roll.
At maximum of three rolls may be made on the Cash and equipment allowances table.

ComDot Communicator, TL10 – worn condition with Audio Communicator, TL8, 0.1 kg, range 5km – new condition
Combination Infrared and Light Intensifier goggles, TL9, 0.25kg - new condition
3x set of Naval fatigues, TL10, AV: 6 - worn condition
Shipboard utility uniform / emergency vacc suit, AV: 5, 30 mins oxygen – standard condition
